Simple version: not happy with the book? Email us within 30 days and we'll refund you in full. No forms, no argument.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase of the digital edition of WEB 3.0 and Beyond, you may request a full refund within 30 days of purchase. You do not need to justify the request, and you may keep the downloaded file.
Email info@techsmartinc.com from the address you used at checkout, with the subject line "Refund Request." Include the date of purchase if you have it. That is the entire process.
Refunds are approved within 2 business days and issued to your original payment method through Stripe. Depending on your bank or card issuer, funds typically appear within 5–10 business days.
Once a refund is issued, your access to the Helix Reader ends and your download link stops working. Any file you already downloaded is yours to keep — we do not attempt to reclaim it.
If you were charged more than once, or charged in error, email us and we will refund the duplicate immediately — the 30-day window does not apply to billing errors.
We do not sell subscriptions. Every purchase on this site is a one-time charge. If you ever see a recurring charge from us, contact us immediately and we will refund it in full.
If something is wrong, please email us first — we will almost always resolve it faster than a bank dispute, usually the same day.
